The company

Georg J. Lechner founded the Lechner Marmor AG (JSC) in 1992 with the help of various partners and investors from the circle of contacts of the Swiss media entrepreneur Bernhard Burgener.
This occurred with the aim of reactivating the tradition of the Lechner marble quarries in the Lasa Valley (Laaser Tal), as well as to quickly establish itself as a competent supplier in the marble processing and within the respective natural stone sector, specialising in sales and extraction of the white LASA marble.
On the 18th of November, 2008, the Lechner Marmor AG (JSC) took over Lasa Marmo AG one hundred percent.
